Default Whatever happened to 'Hub

Erm.... well, I wondered what happened to 'Hub from the old BadAstronomy board.

Apologies if this has been answered, I've tried searching with no success.

The only person I know that kept relatively consistent contact with 'Hub was Candy.

HUb' still participates in some other message boards. I think he was upset with the reorganization of this one because it messed up some of his long-standing threads. It is a shame to lose him - he gave a very distinctive flavor to this forum!

(Moved thread from "About BAUT" to "BABBling".)

It's HUb'

He posted over at the Illuminati R Us forums less than a month ago. His website board at the Tom Newman Memorial has a post from him just yesterday.

The change also managed to lose his user ID (because of the apostrophe?) so all of his old threads are now by "Guest."

I miss hub too, but then I remember that I can always "cat /dev/random" and it's like, he's right there with me. Sometimes I even reply by writting to /dev/null

*oh come on, laugh, that was funny*

Yup, I apologise for forgetting his unusual moniker, I did my best to remember. Good to hear he is still around.

Yea, he pops in when he is having problems with his forum software, and Lance helps him.

That's probably another reason for his disenchantment with this forum.

This is the last one. I flirt with Win Megamillions at some point, but I think that is an excursion rather than in the linear future. In fact, I think it is in the past. I get confused sometimes.
