Default Pilambus

pilambus or what ever it called like pilambuies or something like that, this name is similar to the name of a sea-snake. I heard that portugal is a first contry in the world who have started the project on the sea water say in the deep sea, where this pilambus float (which is a adjoined hollow pipes connected with each other like a wagon) and are floating on the sea water, the piston and the pressure machine getting a energy without any fuel creating a free source of energy from it. The sea water in deep area do a activity of up and down, up and down and from this idea the energy generation idea has taken into account.

Anyone has heard about this project.

Tidal energy. It's sold millions of Popular Science/Mechanics magazines since the 70's.

hhEb09'1: Congratulations on presenting the forum with reality 101.

Well done.

Whoever says "perception is reality" is daft. It's merely an abstraction, and often not a very good one.

Argggg. That link used to go to a story about Pelamis, I thought I'd worked out all the indirection from that website.

Now, it seems to be an article that starts "A new economic analysis of biofuels by Oregon State University (OSU) sets a cautionary tone for the large-scale production of biofuels in the state." Is that what you are talking about?
