Uggghhh! I'm coming down with something.
Sorry about dropping out of some of the threads in the middle of discussions.
I've got a sore throat that I can feel all the way down into my lungs. Hurts to just breathe. Right now my throat feels like I've been swallowing red hot billiard balls. Headache, and the feeling something is trying to burrow out of my right eye socket. Thank you for the kind words in Boo's thread. I'm going to log out and go back to bed now. (5pm local)

My father used to give us whiskey and sugar for our soar throats. It works like a charm. Strangely though, my sister and I always had sore throats...lol. The good old days of home cures!
