Unhappy And I missed it!

Listening to the radio on Monday and they had an Astrologer on the program.

My interest was captured by the comment from the astrologer
"This of course would be effected by the eclipse of the new moon on Tuesday"

Something eclipsed the new Moon? How would we know? Was it Planet X?
