Default Habbit of reading and watching the hoardings

during the bus journey I always use to kill the time by reading the hoardings besides the road. today hoardings are become a fashion, they are big, huge, and jumbo in size. watching hoardings when on a bike is somewhat dangerous. somewhere I have seen hoarding like a big building. In the changed world hoardings infront of the shops and the market become a real fashion. kids normally prefer to eat the chocolates shown on the hoarding.

if we remove all hoarding on the streets, the globalisation will fail !

the magzines, newspapers advertisements are just like a hoardings in the newspaper, today it is become a need to show and show only.

the world is changing very fast with the state of the art standing hoardings, may be in future the people of earth will put some hoardings on the mars and on moon in the future, possibility can not be rule out.

Warning: possible language barrier... What's a hoarding?

(at least the noun, I know what it is when used as a verb)

Your feelings are nothing new here in the US. Assuming "hoardings" mean billboards/signs, there has been a lot of argument against them here in the States. I know in most towns/cities there are strick rules about what kind of signage you can post infront of your business.

That being said, there are still plenty of large advertisments along US roads. Critics of commercialization/urbanization have often fortold of a future with ads on everything immaginable. I'm not a fan of the genre, but I believe this is a common theme in the "steampunk" universe (is that the right term?). Also seen in Back to the Future, and many other futuristic fantasy movies.

Yep; Those Jaws 3D ads could be a problem.

Yeah, but the ones for the local Platnum Fox "club" will be nice.
