Who/what is HUb'?? I have tried to track him/her/it down all over the board, pre and post merger, to his/her/its own website/blog/forum. I am totally confused. Please, someone explain this to me. And NO LINKS, I beg you!! Just a couple of COHERENT sentences.

I'm hoping someone here can help me express the precise mathematics into an elegant, simple equation. My next step is to post it in ATM, and then hopefully submit if for refereeing.
