In the lab wherein I work , an honest sneeze is rarely met with any remark. Not even a Teutonic "Gesundheit" (non-religious, even) is offered. As such, I've been pondering new phrases to proffer the sneezer:
1. Germicidal maniac!
2. Snot your fault
3. Nasal assault
4. Schnozberry
I'm at a loss here...

Some I've been known to use around people I know will take it as a joke:

"I get half!"
"Mmmmm Juicy"
"Get any on you?"
"AHHHH SARS!" (More for a coughing fit)
"Need a mop?"
"That's why we have a 'no facial hair policy' here."

Non-verbal responses include:
Cartoon like flinching to include a full body self hug with one foot off of the ground.
Diving to cover my food, drink, computer, or whatever like the doctors always did on MASH when artillery hit close enough to shake the dust from the roof and into the patient.

I hope she works through things. I've certainly had my fair share of issues, and am currently working through a few. It's nice, though. Refreshing.
