Default Darwin 2007 Voting

2007 is over, time to vote on the nominees.

Unfortunately; I can only choose 5 for a poll...
1 Man mooning train
2 Teens jumping on oil tank
3 Stealing live copper wires.
4 Teen drowns with rock tied to ankle
5 Man spitting out of car door

I fixed the poll, though I considered adding the obligatory Beer alternative.

Why are you misrepresenting the originators?

Just too lazy to qualify with "baut version" on my statements.

There's something to be said for the personal discovery, discussion, and unfolding of the story, rather than a completed set of stories being presented.

And; it's surprising that there was only one overlap which means that there's a whole lot more stories out there.

Do you have up-to-date working links for those stories?

Also the only stories I could find about the "man spitting out of car door" didn't say he died (or castrated himself) and hence he didn't remove himself from the gene pool. So he doesn't appear to qualify for Darwin status unless there are more detailed stories with follow up out there.

That does make it difficult doesn't it?
I'll make a mental note to post a bit more information or summary in the future.

Well; I can guarantee that the headline said died since I usually use the headlines as-is. But; other than that... who, knows.
