Char broiled shelled lobster tails swimming in butter--baked potato--cottage cheese--big salad with the crunchy thick lettuce not that green flimsy stuff with French dressing laced with a little Italian dressing. Then I woke up to reality--looks like 2 grilled cheese sandwiches (velveeta cheese) tomato soup without crackers. Makes you want to go back to sleep!!!

Nothing wrong with grilled cheese sandwiches - I made one tonight. Not with Velveeta.

Yes, I agree, it's just that I would have rather had the "dream" meal.

I like grilled cheese with soup in the winter time.

Last night I had Kentucky Fried Chicken---not much of a chicken guy---white meat ok---thier mashed potatoes and gravy are good but their cole slaw is the bomb. Sometimes I ask my wife to stop and pick up just their cole slaw to add to our dinner. I wish they made fish in that badder---love fish---white non-oily fish that is---deep fried---can you tell I'm hungry?

Yea, last night was a hamburger at a sports bar. After playing ultimate frisbee we all wanted a drink. And it was too late to go home and make dinner.

Tonight however I'll make my tacos. It's been a while, and I always enjoy them. Great thing is that I buy/cook enough that it lasts me a few days.

Grilled American cheese with tomato soup (with or without rice), Grilled Mozzeralla cheese with chicken noodle soup.

Try this if you like deep fried shrimp. Often times I bring home uneaten shrimp in a doggy bag from restaurants. Cut up the shrimp in about five pieces--velveeta cheese--make a grilled cheese sandwich with the shrimp inside. Man. Dip the sandwich in red cocktail sauce as you go. The best of the best I assure you. I also like grilled cheese and soup. A wonderful winter lunch for sure and the rest of the year too I guess. Still hungry, haven't got the energy to go out to eat yet--regards--joe

American Cheese isn't cheese; it is however an example of how Americans will buy anything.

Actually, some "American Cheese" doesn't even contain dairy products.

Nope, french fries are potato, though veggie-wannabes, they are nutritionally a starch. how is bread a veggie?

Last time I checked, what you're referring to is Processed Pasteurized Cheese Product.

The FDA could have changed it's regulations for all I know.

American Cheese has certainly changed from what I remember as a kid, but you can still find the real stuff if you look hard enough. It doesn't have the Kraft(tm) label on it.

Yesterday we took all of a sudden 2-3 burgers,2 pizzas,4 strawberry ice-creme,5 coconut water packs,(coconut water is best in dehydration problem)some cashews fried in a edible oil on one small pan which was kept in the grill for 10 minutes, in our dinner. Infact we were thinking to do something different on yesterday in the dinner and menu also was derived, but all of a sudden we change the menu of dinner.

last night was brisket and mashed potatoes. yum.
