I like Bud, the Czech version that is

I did get a mixed box of US micro breweries fare one year and they were quite pleasant and not that different from ours, now why would I say that? As if I was expecting them to be stuffed with squirrels or something.

Mind you, scrumpy isn't scrumpy unless there are a few unmentionables that might have once been alive, floating near the surface.

Oh, we don't export squirrel beer to Europe, you guys couldn't handle it..

I don't drink mass-market US beers like Bud either. But there are some really fine micro-brewed ones, even here in Cleveland.

Micro-breweries have sprouted like mushrooms after a rainfall, all over the U.S.

Extended Sleep isn't that bad, the problems start to occur when Cute Kitty aquires spatial relocation, siderealm walking and/or disregard of solids, That is teleportation, invisibility and the ability to walk through seemingly solid objects, respectively... It is hard to keep Kitty out of the snacks after that...

As for the end of the world in 2012, well, I would take that with a few bags of NaCl, and a side serving of NH4Cl. Anyway, I don't really see the point in these kinds of worries, if there really is some great galactic event that was going to ruin our day, there would be nothing to do about it, so there would really be no point in worrying...

Luckily, my cats have only managed to figure out how to become temporarily invisible. They haven't managed to go through solid objects yet (or if they have, they've been careful to hide this ability).

As I've heard it, galactic alignment, Nibiru, pole flipping, or whatever the proposed calamity is this week isn't supposed to be so bad that the people in the know would die (that's the bad guys, of course, and the ones that have discovered the evil plot).

Ah, Stone. Brewers of one of my favorites, Arrogant ******* Ale. Sort of sums up my usual attitude, or that of most particle physicists like me.

Complete agreement in both cases, although I'm not a particle physicist.

I used to have a single bottle with the label as part of a small collection of unusual and noteworthy beer bottles. Last girlfriend took offense and tossed it. Here's what it looked like (although I could have sworn the one I had was mostly green).

Speaking of cases, I could use a case of ABA right now.
