I saw that one before. Didn't exactly fit my taste in music, but I liked the animation.

I've begun to wonder if you just get a kick out of knocking what others think might be funny (You don't think it was funny and it was a waste of time), interesting (You found it boring) or cool (You say it's just the same old, same old).

Last night's reply got lost in the move, and I'm not in the mood to address the source again. I do want the personal insults preserved here in lucite though, in case the banning activity also got lost in the shuffle.

Neverfly and 01101001 should both remember Rule 16:

I think I was reporting facts, not opinions. Antoniseb banned neverfly last night for 2 weeks, during the move.

This is true. I also saw the post last night stating a 2 week suspension for the poster called neverfly for comments he made on this thread.

just after the server move, every time I posted, what came up was someone else's post, it appeared as though I was either arguing with 01101001 or Neverfly, I thought I had developed multiple personalities, or something, it was quite a strange feeling.

That's true, by letter of the law. I shouldn't have described my actions, probably. My only excuse is that I didn't understand what had occurred after the move.

Several articles were lost and and a banning had (at least appeared to have) become undone as well and I didn't want the reason for it to be lost too. I've talked to the mod about it. I think it's all straightened out -- as straight as a couple of crooked BAUT members can get it.

Next move (hey, Fraser, I think this new server is getting a little slow -- how about an upgrade?) when similar events occur (like that's a possibilty), maybe I'll just quote the material and not say why. Preserved is preserved.

Sorry I didn't have all the facts and acted more rashly than necessary. Fog of war, or some such. I throw myself on the mercy of the tribunal...

Ah, worth noting that the reporting triangle only appears if you are properly logged in as a member.

If you're like me and use the 'Remember Me' login, then you probably need a 'Wish I could remember' box when you're on a different machine, as I am today. Don't forget the caps and number lock keys, also.
