Default Radical vs. incremental innovation - need help finding a paper.

Hi guys.

I am working on my final project on my masters degree, and need some help finding a paper. It describes the relationship between radical and incremental innovation. I remember reading it a few years ago, but I cannot remember the name of the author.
Can one of you guys help me?
