Default Acidity

a. irregular time of eating food, irrelavant food, junk food, or stored food usage.
b. eating soar things in the meal
c. acidity supports headache problem
d. acidity provides the gastric and peptic ulcer in the long period
e. make it sleeplessness
f. itching problem in throat
g. gets to much hollow air balloons from the stomatch(what you called it)

My therapy on acidity as follows:
a. eating at 10.00am with keeping the distance in the stomatch just like "earth-water-air"
means 33.33% meal, 33.33% water, 33.33% empty stomatch.

b. drinking the water from a "copper made pot", I just use this water daily
because copper dialutes the acidity

c. not taking any peels.

d. never eat the too much fried items in the night.

e. drinking water just after spending half an hour after the meal, means during the meal I do not drink water, only after half an hour I use to drink the water ( not too cold, not too hot.)

f. In case of sometime I get any trouble in the stomatch I just take the therapy for "vomiting", very simple: I keep a bowl water on the gas along with pure salt, and keeping it for 5 minutes, cooling down not upto the cool but keeping it semi hot, and drinking that bowl water and just pressing my tounge by 2 fingers and I get vomiting, and after the vomiting I found my acidity went away. ( don't use this therapy if you are not familier to the vomiting) vomiting is useful early in the morning especially in the summer season only.

I'm on a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) which reduces how much acid is produced in the first place.

Also, I don't overeat, and sip water during meals.

No not, never I have taken any peels yet on acidity, in all I have taken the least medicines.

Many people spend large money on controlling their acidity, I will suggest them eat least at night particulary, because our digestive system not properly work at night as compare in the day time. (depends)
