I'll dig into a can of beans on your behalf, CC.

Don't mind the methane...

I'm going to file my report now, because I won't have time later, since I already spent the weekend.

Went to a concert in north VA, became dehydrated, seen at a Baltimore, MD clinic, recharged in Washington, DC, came home. What a state I'm in.

wow. I dehydrated myself riding a bicycle 30 miles in the Texas heat. Of course I drank a bunch of water and gatorade, but it sweated out faster than I could drink.

Are you feeling better now?

My weekend was great. Took the girlfriend out, and we enjoyed the lake and woods. Going to try and schedule another camping trip when possible.

I did that a few more times that I care to remember while living in the 100+ temps of the Southwest. One time I had to get wet in a hurry and stand in front of a fan, or I would have found myself in either a hospital, or worse, a cemetary.

well, I drank a lot of water and gave very little back. this was the first clue. after sleeping nearly 12 hours the second night I came home, took a nap, and slept another 8 hours that night. I was exhausted, and it must have been the dehydration that caused it. That and the long bicycle ride.

If what you gave back was alot darker than usual then you were dehydrated! I usually get a headache also when Im dehydrated. All the fresh air and extra excecise will also make you sleep when your not used to it, did you eat plenty of carbs? or top up with fruit or sweets?

plenty of food, but much of it was salty. chips and such. also fruits and water plus gatorade (sports drink)

Physical exertion was plenty too.
