It looks like <img> is on the list right after <dd>, whatever that is. Looking at some source <img> is allowed. So you just put in <img src="whereever the images are located"> One post about Egypt has this in the code. <img src="/files/Tell Edfu.jpg"/>
And if I may appeal to page maker types: Please don't use spaces in image names and website adresses. The space gets converted to %20 and makes things messy. ktks ![]()

Um, yeah. It does. I shall shoot my cursed optician.
George, check again what HTML is available to you, and pray for <img>. (Just briefly looking at a few other blogging sites, <img> is sometimes not available with basic filtered HTML. Some allow you to extend the filtered set to include <img> -- or whatever else you might need -- without going "full".)

Well.....
I recall seeing the Overview before signing-up. Yet, the "Input Format" option is not available, at least not to me. I did find a subfolder entitled "TinyMCE rich-text setting". I switched the setting from false to true. This then gave me the tool header that is shown in the Overview. In the edit mode for my blog, it switches to Word mode (in lieu of HTML). In Word mode the header is given. I was able to insert the uploaded image and resize it, too. The image shows up in the editor, but when I go to "preview", it is gone, as well as, all my pargraphs. It is just one long paragraph now with no image. It has a button to swtich from Word to HTML, but that didn't help either. I clicked on the "Technocrati" button and it allows for insertion of "technocrati tags", so I included "<img>" just for grins. No luck. My trial and effort methodology isn't cuttin' the mustard. I think I'm close and I see other blogs with images. I suppose I can bug one of the other bloggers, but I feel more at home here. ![]()

Ok, it finally elected to take the <img> command, for some reason or tuther.

One of those quaint tags from the days when the Web was going to be used to share heaps of text-based scientific data.

It turned out to be a bug in the works that kept tripping me up. It is working fine now.
I tried the dt + dd tags here using the HTML embrace, but no luck. It does look quaint, though, if it could work.

Try PhotoBucket. They provide three image tags. Try all three, then pick the one that works for your blog (if any).

Thanks, but the problem, surprisingly, wasn't me, but their system. Now that they have it fixed, it is an impressive site.
