Default Never take Cheezits to work

Now I spoiled my lunch, will have indigestion all day, and still want more.

I dislike cheese-its. Too dry and bland for me.

I love 'em. I take some to work each day as part of lunch.

And here's a good reason for my workplace to provide us with free fresh fruit every day...

I've never figured out the addictive properties of CheeToes (cheezpufz in general); they glow radioactively, taste like crunchy, greasy salt and get caught in your teeth and make your fingers yellow and slimy.

I like the puffed ones over the baked ones.

I'm not a fan of them either, but cheezits don't glow and generally make me want to eat the entire box. I really have to stop myself or I'll have an empty box. It's like my mind turns off when I'm eating them.

They fill your mouth but don't satiate your tummy. Sort of like cotton candy!

I don't know, my tummy's not wanting more cheezits after I eat the whole box. Maybe it's not satiation, but it does something along those lines.

I should have said that while I'm not a fan of cheezpufz, I am an addict. Give me a bag and I'll look up in an hour and ask, "Where did all the cheezpufz go?"

pretty much. I always eat them while concentrating on something else. My hand moves instinctively from the box to my face. before i know it they're gone. All I did was type a few posts on the BAUT or watch the end of a movie. No more snacks.

At least with Oreos I get full.

I've actually been making an effort to keep track of everything I eat in an effort to lose weight. The "Automatic facestuffing reflex" is one of my biggest problems, so now I stay away from those types of snacks.
