The only change is that Earth receives a little bit less. Compare it to a shed in a field in the rain. You stand outside the shed. Does more rain fall on the shed when you open the door and go inside?
But wait.. you didn't specify on which side of the moon you'd be. The one facing Earth or the far side?
Edit: Or... do you mean that the Moon might act as a gravitational lense?
