For me, "how" would be the start of the question, how did you conclude that the green areas a habitable zones? What made it green? False color mapping?

How can anyone else here answer for your conclusion? It's your conclusion. You should have the answer, don't you think?

Ok.
Here are my conclusions. Green Areas are habitable because green means plants. there are plants there. People can chew on them and swallow them and they make breathing easier. Blue areas are not habitable because there's water there which although good for drinking is bad for breathing. Red areas Belong to the Martians. Attempt No Landings There. Now why didn't I think of that?

Because you're in Alaska which is white.
White is all colors. So your perception is monochromatic. Or something. |

Since white is all colors, I'm omnichromatic. I see it all.

Ahh... In the lower part, I see a monkey sitting on a branch while talking to a jellyfish, like in the Japanese story. And there is something that might be a rabbit, that brownish-red thing to the upper left, perhaps a moon rabbit that hit the immortality medicine a bit to hard?
But most importantly, in the upper center we see the famous "Now you have put your bigfoot in it, for something completely different" feature.

I'm not sure how you see much of anything through that stogiecal fog. Besides, aren't all Alaskans snow-blind?
Green - slime. Uninhabitable. Blue - blueberries. Habitable, but one must be on the lookout for Martian sand bears. Red - lava. Uninhabitable. Please don't tell me that IR images haven't picked up the heat signature - I know that. It's hidden behind PetersCreek's stogie phogey (smoke).

There is a 'Virginia Crater' on Earth (Chesapeake Bay, USA), but no 'verginia/virginia crater' on Mars that I can find---so where exactly on Mars are you two saying it is?
