Default Random Alien Stories

CNN is doing a whole week on alien stories and that includes all the standards like mitchel and friedman and others.

Time to share...

If anyone's interested, a local woo station* here is running an abduction story yesterday and today.
The first part is on the web today.
It's true, and she has pictures of the aliens to prove it. And they're genuine, because she drew them herself.
I think tonight they are going to talk about her illigi...er... alien baby.

What makes it worse is the picture on the main page is of a nice young girl in a tube top... Then you watch the video and wham... I don't think it's the same lady.

*I consider them all woo to a point, but this one takes the cake IMO.

Never mind that one must only visit a comics store to see drawings of things that don't exist...

...did anyone else happen to notice that when they show the first drawing, "These are the five beings that carried her away" ... there's at least six aliens in the drawing? (They never pan the full picture, but right at the end of the pan you can see the sixth set of legs in the bottom left corner.

So her proof is a copy of finger prints that she, not a trained forensic evidence collector, obtained herself in a home that was lived in? Sweet Mary, man! I'm convinced! Oh, AND she has hand drawn pictures that she made herself! Well, there's the nail in the coffin.

Blah.

Here is one of CNN's reports this week:

http://snackfeed.com/videos/detail/8...-among-us?_s=s

Usual stuff. Torres (who never saw the ufo he talks about, just a radar signal), Jimmy Carter, Edgar Mitchell, etc.

Also a video of the Mexican Military ufo at Campeche. This video always get shown sooner or later. It has been convincingly shown to have been caused by oil flares. Very bad journalism to keep showing it. Either no background check, or deliberate deception.

I just wanted to add this, something I wrote in another thread here a few weeks ago:

Quote:
I truly believe that anybody who believes that humans, or even the Earth itself, have or has been or ever will be visited by aliens is not "misgiuded," "gullible," "ill-informed," or whatever politically correct BS one chooses to use for them, I think they are really, really, really, stupid. Incredibly, totally stupid.

Just think about it for a while. Think about the dimensions of space and time that are involved. No, it's not going to happen. Ever.

Those who claim they have been abducted aren't just completely stupid, they're dangerous, potential threats to society, ticking time-bombs of mental-illness.
My opinion hasn't changed.

I disagree with the impossibility of it (generation ships, Von Neuman machines, etc.). But the evidence is that it has not happened (or at best, they passed by without saying "hello")--and I expect if it does happen, we'll either know it...or we won't. No "only the one crazy guy down the street knows it" kind of thing.

I guess I was wrong. The baby was stolen by aliens. Here's the second part.

She went to bed 4-1/2 months pregnent and woke up not pregnant.
What I would like to know is why she thought she was pregnant in the first place.

And she's credible because her father was knighted by the queen.

Oh come on, how can you doubt this? She travelled a lot as a child and her father was knighted by the Queen, she can't be lying or delusional.

Is anyone else thinking Arby's now?

That doesn't prove anything - I travelled a lot as a child. My father was knighted by the Queen. So was my mother!

It doesn't mean I've been abducted by aliens...

Roast Beef and Cheddar, smothered in Horsey Sauce?

Yum. Looks just like the alien spacecraft which abducted the knight's much-travelled daughter...
