Actually, if you read about the origin of the word from those who wrote it into the song...
It means something along the lines of "educating with beauty."
I don't feel like looking it up at the moment but that's the gist of it.

So I don't think Sibrel qualifies for the word.

In the movie, it's defined at the word to say when you don't know what to say. I meant "You're a... a... I can't even think of anything my moral code will let me say!"
