And for how long will women want to carry babies arounf for 9 months in theur gut? I predict within 500 years women will have the choice of bringing their child to term in some sort of incubator. If i was a woman i would prefer that. No stretch marks etc :-) |

Maybe a lot sooner than that. Artificial wombs have already been used to give birth to goats and other large mammals, but there are sometimes medical complications. Once the process becomes less risky, it may become a viable option for human birth.
