Chasm City could be amazing on the big screen - if it were done right.

Also, I'd like to see at least a few of J.G. Ballard's short stories (The Concentration City, The Voices of Time, The Cloud Sculptors of Coral D and the other Vermillion Sands stuff, for example) translated into Twilight Zone or Outer Limits episodes. Ballard is great at creating a sort of surreal atmosphere, especially in the Vermillion Sands stories.

Great book. If any book deserved the Hugo award it was that one. Make a great movie also but.......

Lord of the Rings and Spiderman.

Battlefield Earth and the Relic.

It can go very good and it can go so very wrong.

Keith Laumer - The Last Command

Probably difficult to get right, but done well it would be memorable.

I can't believe I forgot the Pern books. I only read the first few, but they were pretty good.
