PBS has a promo they carry for their web site "Don't Buy It", which teaches kids how advertisers try to trick and cojole them into buying products.
The spot, at the end, has a line meant to be funny but it really bugs me. It says something like "Offer not valid on Venus, Neptune, or any of the outer gas giants." If they had used Mercury or Mars instead of Neptune in that one line, it would have been better. |
