Oh, it's Millenium Falcon. Not Mineliyum Falcon. Just wanted to clear that up.

Col. Sanders: 'Lord Helmet. You're needed on the bridge sir'

Helmet: 'Knock on my door. Knock next time.' PAUSE 'Did you see anything?'

Col. Sanders: 'No sir. I didn't see you playing with your dolls again?'

Helmet: 'GOOD!'

Spaceballs?

Oh damn*, there goes the planet.

(Does it strike anyone else as mildly ironic that this thread now has two pages consisting of almost nothing but quotes from the movie?)

*Paraphrased. Actual wording is a bit too strong for this board.

Helmet: "Now we will show her who is in charge of this galaxy."

Guard: *Loads up gun, starts walking down stairs towards Princess Vespa's ship*

Helmet: "Hold it, I'll hadle this personally."

Guard: *Walks back up* "Javohl, eir Commadan!" *Resumes stance*

*Helmet turns his head and looks at him*

Lonestar: "Helmet! So, at last we meet for the first time for the last time!"

Thinks about it for a second and nods yeah.

P.S. Just thought I'd bump this thread back to the top.

You do know that thread bumping is frowned upon and considered a felony in 48 states?

And, just to make clear: I am in BC (ie, not in any of the 48 (let alone 50) states), where thread bumping has a long and honored history. In fact: the method we use to elect leaders, is to find a great statesman in say, the 30's or 40's and send them a letter, and then by law they must shift to the modern day to reply.

What I don't understand though, is how this has anything to do with Spaceballs.

[If you are wondering how we send a letter to someone in the past, I thought this would be blatantly obvious: we click on "Previous Year" and use the "Down arrow" from there. (sheesh)]

Hey, come on guys, stay on topic here. You're supposed to be quoting lines from the movie.

"That's why evil will always triumph...because good is dumb."

See?

Dark helmet and sanders: "the what, the what, and the what?"

Radio: "You know, the bleeps: Boop, boopbllle, the sweeps: blblblblblblblblblblbl, and the creeps: dududueeuu."

Dark: "thats not all he's lost"

Radio: "sir, the radar sir. It's apears to be jamned."

After Spaceball 1 has gone to ludicrous speed, Helmet cries out:

"We've passed them. Stop this thing!"

Sanders: "We can't stop, it's too dangerous, we've got to slow down first!"

(That's a big BA duh!)

Oh, and for the record of thread bumping, I'm Canadian too, but from the East Coast instead.

(Edited to add that last part)
