That's really great. Firefly never got the credit (or network support) it deserved.

OUTSTANDING! I will have to get the DVDs once they become availiable again. I look forward to seeing the movie too.

Has anyone else taken notice that recent sci-fi movies are about the same in scope and quality as TV shows. For example, the STNG movies have been like two episodes from the TV show. Special FX have become easy enough to do that the ones on TV are about the same as what you see in the movies. There was a time when there was not enough time or money to do quality SFX for a TV show, and the really good ones were only in big budget movies.

All that aside, I look forward to the movie.

Thanks Rogue-7

I'm excited about that too. Hope he manages to get the cast back.

A show cancelled waaaaaaay to soon. Love that the DVD pre-sale soldout... just great! Stick one in the eye of short-sighted television execs.

You have to wonder about TV execs. Look at all of the good series that have been cancelled, and look at some of the crap that is still around. Think about it, they cancelled China Beach for Cop Rock. How insane is that?
