The Best of Both Worlds (Seasons 3 and 4) When the Borg kidnap Picard in an attempt to conquer humanity, Riker must assume command and work with Commander Shelby to come up with a plan to combat them.

All Good Things (seasons 7) Q causes Picard to leap back and forth in time in an attempt to save humanity from destruction by his own folly.

Q Who? (Season 2) Q flings the Enterprise into the path of a malevolent race of organic-robotic aliens called the Borg.

The Nth Degree (season 4) After an encounter with an alien probe, Lieutenant Barclay develops superhuman intelligence and tries to take over the ship.

Sins of the Father (season 3) Worf's long-lost brother Kurn appears and draws Worf into a battle for his family's honor with the unscrupulous Duras clan.
