Interesting. I was wondering if they were going to confirm this. It was mentioned during the post-SOI breifings, but too was preliminary to be certain. There were a couple of whistler events, which must be what the article was talking about. When are they going to confirm the possible aurora....
And that radiation belt mentioned in the article socked everyone real good. We saw it as a continuous background level about 10x above normal. Thank goodness we have one of the most rad-hardened computers on ship.
