That is a great image, but it still doesn't beat the Eagle Nebula, which is the prettiest thing I have yet too see....makes a great wallpaper!

Oh, you found my old wallpaper.

The NOAO image gallery has some really nice (ground-based!) images, definitely worth a look.

Yea...the Eagle is definitely one of the coolest space discoveries I have seen, the pillars are so cool and pretty! Crazy to think that that nebula could hold thousands of our solar systems inside it....just mindboggling!
