Default News on the Precursor mission yet?

Last I've read was a news post from about Nov 2005 and it was still being called the Precursor mission I believe. It's a mission to reach about 58Mps being launched in 2010 and surpassing 1 of the 2 Voyager crafts by 2018. The mission will make use of solar sails to exploit such high speeds.

Anyhow, what’s the news on this mission as I am unable to find a main page for it at Nasa's website.

The best writeup I could find was here and gave the impression that it was still in the conceptual stage. Sounds like a cool idea, but not one with any funding as yet.
