I have my doubts about it being funded, but I really hope they pull it off! It would replace Lunar-A.

I assume this means lunar probes launched on other countries boosters? (i.e. ESA)

Maybe if we ressurected the old sattelite launch program, id be more interested, but designing a lunar probe isnt a big deal by itself.
