Weather conditions are good for launch

There only seems to be a "RF (Radio frequency) compatibility issue".

Thanks.

Ahh! I thought the whole rocket and crane were whipping in the wind, wiggling like hula dancers, until I figured out it was wavering video, bad horizontal hold.

T-00:26:00

That wavering video keeps happening. Gives me vertigo. It's weird seeing two such known rigid objects wiggling like that. And, to add to the illusion, the wind is blowing left to right.

T-00:22:00

They have the occasional vertical hold problem too, and then the rocket looks like it's taking off -- while simultaneously beig replaced by another rocket from below.

Well, the server's probably getting swamped, and the streaming is becoming jerky. Getting nice static (non-dynamic!) still images now with no wiggling.

T-00:20:00

Switched cameras. Wind blowing other direction. Video still shakey.

T-00:18:00

Anyone know if they have planned holds ahead? I gotta plan my next bathroom break.

T-00:15:00

Not to mention that view from camera became so jerky, wiggly, cut in half exactly in moment of "start"...

They are going to try again and recycle the countdown to T-11 minutes.

"The available launch period ahead is 0028 to 0114 GMT (8:28 to 9:14 p.m. EDT)." from Spaceflight Now

I'm not sure I understand everything they're talking about.

"Recycle countdown at T- 11mins." Does that mean they're gonna try again pretty much right away?

Thanks.

I think that he tried here to make up very sloppy joke.

BTW:

I gotta love total paranoia mode. Fortunately launch was not scrubbed.

"Officials are coordinating a fresh countdown starting from the T-minus 16 minute mark at 0054 GMT (8:54 p.m. EDT) for a liftoff of Falcon at 0110 GMT (9:10 p.m. EDT)." from Spaceflight Now

Refueling is underway.

Hey, redlines exist for a reason. When NASA was launching New Horizons, they scrubbed a launch because the winds were 2 km over the limit.

Pretty gutsy call to try again so quickly after an on-pad abort. The malfunction (chamber pressure mentioned above) must be obvious and something they're willing to gamble on. If this were NASA, they'd scrub for days.

According to Spaceflight Now:

The low chamber pressure is believed to have been caused by the RP-1 kerosene's temperature, Shotwell says. The launch team is draining some of the fuel and will reload the propellant for the next try.

from space.com
Quote:
The abort was triggered because the main engine chamber pressure was about 0.2 percent lower than allowable, says Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX vice president of business development. The low pressure was caused by the fuel being colder than desired, she said. The refueling of the rocket is supposed to correct this problem for the next launch try tonight.

T-5 and counting. I'm getting a lot of data dropouts. I don't know if it's my connection or theirs.
