Unhappy My LM broke

The Z+ strut broke just below the ladder. I tried to glue it back on, but the glue wouldn't hold when the LM is attached to the CSM. The landing radar keeps falling of as well. And the HGA on the SM too.

Yeah it's tough working with parts made by the lowest bidder.

Let's just hope an O2 cylinder doesn't blow a side panel off the Lunar Module or you'll really be in trouble!

Dude, superglue. I don't use the model glue that they make these days. It doesn't fuse the plastic like the old stuff did. The upside is that you don't have to hold it long. The downside is that if it breaks you have a glob of glue to deal with before you can reglue it.

Ofcourse if you're trying to fix a real one, well that's going to take some metal and rivets or welding. In theory I'm licensed to do it for you but I wouldn't fly it if I were you.
