Default Strapping a couple of SRBS to the Delta IV Heavy

If one were to strap a couple of SRBS to a Delta IV Heavy - would that be enough to get astronauts to the moon? Would it be better than what's presently under development? This is in place of the 2 liquid boosters or maybe in addition to as a cluster of 4.

It wouldn't have remotely near the lifting capacity of an Ares V class vehicle, so no, it would be insufficient to get more than perhaps a single astronaut to the moon. It wouldn't do too badly as an orbital vehicle though.
