NASA's GRACE satellites have measured an increasing rate of ice melt in Greenland. According to new analysis by researchers at the University of Arizona at Austin, the loss of ice from Greenland's southeastern region has sped up between 2002 and 2005. Approximately 239 cubic kilometers (57 cubic miles) is now lost each year. Greenland contains 10% of the Earth's fresh water, and this melting ice is contributing 0.56 mm (.02 inches) to globally rising sea levels.

My wife was listening to the dribble on U.S. AM talk radio just two days ago, and the topic was once again dissing global warming. The 'Talking head' was reminding listeners that as ice melts in a tumbler, the level of water remains the same.
Freshwater melting from continents, islands, and continental shelves and isostatic rebounding will drowned every AM radio station in Florida...oh, and the level of water in the oceans does expand slightly, as well: http://sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/mva/WR1987/WR1987.html
