Hi there. I am new to this discussion forum. I have made a few posts already and even managed irk a few people.
 Oh well, it wasn't intentional. My question is whether a new discussion group can be added to this forum that deals with space law. In my previous posts I've addressed international space law and I was thinking that this might be a good place to further the discussion. A lot of good ideas might be generated.MJL

Start a new thread in whatever section you like. I'm not sure it would warrant a whole new section. Just look at my poor Space Commercialization forum - nearly abandoned.

(laughing) Yeah I think it should be a new thread at least, if not a whole now topic because in time, it could come to have a lot of replies and what-not. The only problem is that for Space Laws, there's only so many topics you can have.

I have many ideas along these lines, perhaps something under the auspices of the United Nations, but it couldn't be open to every nation to be involved in, only those that had made a recognizable effort to be a space-faring nation. Minimum being hacing launched a rocket into space. How one would deal with the ESA then is a good question, because they should probably all be on board, but the representation would be fairly widespread. I need to ponder this further, but i do agree, this could be a stand alone topic, perhaps integrated with the Commercialisation of Space, the two go hand-in-glove.
