I think that the reason why many of the stories don't get commented on very much in the forum is because more topics (ie. new stories) keep being added, hence the stories that have had recent replies nolonger appear up the top of the list. This could be overcome by having to categories of stories, old and new, and moving them after a day or so. Alternatively, perhaps there is a way to order threads in that forum section according to the most recent reply (not including the original posting of the story by you).

Well, I don't really mind if the stories get pushed down, it's more of a dynamic thing. Hopefully there will be quick comments about some breaking news.

If you're interested in a story, maybe open up a new topic in another area so it will last a little longer.
