Hi All !!

let me introduce myself.
My name is Victor and suscribed two weeks ago. Sorry for not posting an intro before this time, but I was on vacation.

I'm a Universe Today suscriber almost for 2 years, and it always was at its best and amazes me every day. My interests in space are a diverse, at the beginning was just curiosity and was eager for knowledge in whatever was new, but with time I also began to think of space exploration not as an "expensive hobby" or a "field for theories", but as a tool to know where do we came from (planet formation), where we are (resource usage) and how to spread our seeds to avoid the unavoidable "human race extintion" if we stay just in planet earth (space travel and planet colonization). In a few words : past, present and future.

I'm a read-everything-man, but hardly I devote myself to practice. The most I did on this topic was to mount my digital camera on a tripod and follow the last moon eclipse (and being a CPU contributor to SETI for more than 2 years !!!).

OK, I was trying to read a few words and this become a kind of "personal manifesto".

See you all soon.

Hello everyone.

I'm check, 19 (soon to be 20) year-old male from beautiful Ontario, Canada.
I'm a first year student at the University of Western Ontario in the faculty of Science. I am planning on doing an Honours Specialization (or at least a Major) in Planetary Science and a minor in astronomy.

So...thats me.

Well done, Check! B)

And welcome to the UT forums, where you can discuss your class and your enthusiasm for space with other enthusiasts (like myself).

There's a lot of people around your age, either finishing High School or College. We're all here for each other.

And my dad's from Ontario, also.
