What does VTC like when they say January 13th 08:00 VTC?

I'm not sure what VTC is. UTC is Universal Time, it's the same as Greenwich Mean Time. Click on "My Controls", which is up near the top of the forum page and you can customize your timezone. Then you'll see your local time for everything.
